Description: Affordable Avenue 5 is a bit larger than the previous houses in the series, although it is still a starter house. The house is designed for 3-4 Sims, perhaps a small family. It has an open kitchen/dining/living area with all necessary appliances. At the back of the house, there’s a sun room which adds some personality to this house. There is bedding for 3 sims, but you can turn the spare room into an additional bedroom if necessary.
